Admissions & Registration Pack
​Admissions/Applications to Join
The setting follows our Admissions and Applications to Join Policy and Procedures.
In Summary:

Parents must contact us to request admission to our setting and include the child's information e.g. DOB, the days and hours they require, any additional needs or dietary requirements and their contact information.

Parents, were possible, will be invited to visit the setting.

Although we generally do not operate a waiting list, if spaces are not available we will retain the child's information and contact the parent when a space is available, if requested.

We cannot hold spaces for a child to start at a later date once eligible to attend the setting.

Parents will be offered spaces, if available, and must accept or decline the space within 14 days. ​

Parents will be given a start date.

We will work with parents to try to accommodate their requirements through the admissions process.

Admissions are dependant on child's age, staffing and child: staff ratios.

We accept children from 2 years old.

All Registration and Funding forms, if applicable must be completed before a child can starts at the setting.

The Child's Identity and Age will be checked by the setting through sight of their birth certificate or passport.
Registration Pack
Our registration pack is made up of a Welcome Letter, a Prospectus and Registration forms. Before a child can start at the setting parents need to have completed our registration form and returned it to the setting. If applicable, nursery funding forms need to be completed before any specified deadlines and will be provided by the setting.
The registration pack can be downloaded below or alternatively a printed set can be obtained from the setting.
Children will not be able to start at the setting until the registration form and any funding forms have been completed and returned to the setting. ​​
